Literacy Support
Reading and writing are such fundamental skills for learning but not every child gets the best start on their literacy journey. It is important not to wait until your child is really struggling and refusing to engage with reading and writing. Reading and writing don’t just come naturally. In fact there is a significant body of research by neuro and cognitive scientists that recognises that reading and writing are skills that need to be systematically and explicitly taught.
At Planet-Ed we are serious about assisting children with the very best evidence based literacy practices to support them on their journey to becoming proficient readers, writers and spellers.

1 : 1 - tutoring and support for primary aged children
Getting ready for school small group sessions for pre-school children
